GLP-3 is a high-purity research peptide available in 10mg and 30mg strengths. Widely studied for metabolic physiology, endocrine biology, peptide receptor signaling, and experimental peptide research. Third-party tested, COA verified, and intended strictly for laboratory research purposes.
GLP3-RT is a research peptide studied for multi-receptor activity involving GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon signaling pathways. It is investigated in experimental models focused on metabolic regulation, energy balance, and glucose-related signaling.
Triple-Receptor Research
Studied for combined activity involving GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptor pathways.
Metabolic Signaling
Investigated in experimental research examining metabolic signaling and regulatory mechanisms.
Energy Balance Research
Used in research exploring pathways involved in energy expenditure, nutrient signaling, and metabolic balance.
Glucose Regulation Research
Studied in experimental models involving glucose-dependent signaling and broader metabolic processes.
What GLP3-RT is
GLP3-RT is supplied as a lyophilised research peptide characterised in the literature as a triple receptor agonist: it has activity at the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors rather than at one of them. That combination is the whole reason the compound is interesting as a research subject, and it is what distinguishes it from single-agonist and dual-agonist peptides.
The three receptors are all class B G-protein-coupled receptors, and all three are studied in the context of metabolic and energy-balance signalling. What makes a triple agonist a distinct object of study rather than a bigger dose of the same thing is that glucagon receptor activity pulls in a different direction from the incretin receptors — the pharmacology is a balance between them, not a sum.
What the research literature covers
The compound class was characterised in a phase 2 obesity trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2023 (Jastreboff and colleagues), which is the reference most often cited for its receptor profile. That work is a pharmaceutical development programme in humans and has nothing to do with this product: material supplied here is for in-vitro laboratory research only, and is not a drug.
For the receptor pharmacology itself — why single, dual and triple agonists are genuinely different designs rather than escalating strengths — our guide on incretin agonists goes through it properly.
Handling and reconstitution
Standard lyophilised peptide handling applies. Keep the sealed vial cold and dark until it is used. Reconstitute by running bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than firing it onto the powder, and let it dissolve without shaking; swirl gently if it needs help.
Vials are offered at 10mg, 20mg and 30mg, so the concentration you end up with depends entirely on how much water you add. Our reconstitution calculator turns vial size and water volume into a concentration and a syringe reading.
Storage
Sealed and lyophilised: refrigerated, protected from light. In solution: refrigerated, and treat time at room temperature as a cost. Do not freeze and thaw repeatedly once reconstituted.
What ships, and what is on the certificate
Each order ships with the vial sealed as it was filled. Every compound in the catalogue is tested by an outside laboratory — Vanguard Laboratory in Olympia, Washington — and the certificate is published in full rather than summarised.
The certificate reports chromatographic purity by HPLC with the chromatogram shown, the measured quantity in milligrams, and an endotoxin result by LAL. If you have not read one before, our guide walks through every line of an actual Soraci Labs certificate.
Frequently asked questions
What makes GLP3-RT different from a single GLP-1 agonist?
It carries activity at three receptors rather than one. Glucagon receptor activity in particular is not simply additive with the incretin receptors, so the compound is studied as a balance of three signals rather than as a stronger version of a single-receptor peptide.
Which vial size should I choose?
The vial sizes differ only in mass. The concentration you work at is set by how much bacteriostatic water you add, not by which vial you buy, so choose on how much material the work needs rather than on concentration.
How should it be reconstituted?
Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial, then let it dissolve without shaking. Our reconstitution calculator will convert vial size and water volume into a concentration and a syringe reading.
Does it come with a certificate of analysis?
Yes. Every compound is tested by an independent laboratory and the full certificate — chromatogram included — is published on the site rather than summarised.
Is this a medicine?
No. It is sold for in-vitro laboratory research use only. It is not a drug, supplement or cosmetic and is not for human or veterinary use.
